Thanks for your keen analysis of green building principles. Do you belong to PHIUS?

Thanks for reading, Wynn! I don't (yet), but pull a number of building principles from them (insulation, air sealing, mechanical ventilation). I've found it difficult to justify the cost of fully renewable generation at this point which (I think) is a prerequisite. That said, I'm trying to align more with the DOE Zero Energy Ready Home program (a co-requisite for PHIUS standards). At least for now.
